How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons or holidays. However, if you need a last-minute service, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Which airports do you serve?

We offer transfers to and from Querétaro (QRO), Bajío (BJX), and Mexico City (AICM and NLU) airports. If you need a different destination, let us know; we always strive to adapt to your needs.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes, we have safety seats for children and infants at no additional cost. When booking, please let us know how many children will be traveling so we can prepare accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans may change. We offer free cancellation at least 12 hours before the service date. For last-minute changes or cancellations, get in touch so we can explore available options.

Can I bring extra or bulky luggage?

Our vehicles have plenty of space for luggage. If you are traveling with oversized items such as sports equipment or instruments, let us know when booking so we can assign the right vehicle for you.
